Your application sends authenticated requests to inference APIs on Eigenvector-operated infrastructure. Prompts and outputs follow the agreed processing locations, access controls and retention policies.

Server administration remains with Eigenvector. Customers do not receive SSH, root, operating-system or bare-metal access.

Data location

The service agreement specifies inference processing, storage, backups and support access. Our UK registered office does not determine every processing location.

Access & isolation

Customers manage their application users and API credentials. Eigenvector administers servers and documents workload isolation and authorised operational access.

Retention

The processing agreement defines how long prompts, outputs and logs are kept, and who can reach them.

Shared responsibility

Eigenvector operates the inference infrastructure. You manage lawful use, application permissions, API credentials, input rights and the human review appropriate to your product.
