Precisely defined.

In a fully private deployment, compatible models run inside your approved environment. Prompts and outputs follow the agreed network, access and retention policies. No external model service is implied.

Hybrid deployments and separately hosted model features have different data paths. Those paths must be approved and documented before use.

Data location

Specify compute, storage, backups and support access together. A UK company registration does not mean that every deployment processes data only in the UK.

Access & isolation

Define who can reach the inference service, which workloads share capacity, how credentials are managed and how support access is authorised.

Retention & training

The processing agreement defines prompt, output and log retention. We do not use customer content for our own model training under the standard processing terms.

Shared responsibility

We define infrastructure responsibilities. You define lawful use, application permissions, input rights and the human review appropriate to your product.
